For TGT (Classes VI to VIII): Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed. (mandatory) from a recognized university. OR Post-Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed. CTET qualification preferred. Essential Skills: Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and phonetics. Ability to use creative teaching techniques for better engagement. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Classroom management and student motivation skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an advantage.
